Junior IT Specialist

Job Purpose / Role Description:
The IT Technician maintains the computer systems at MASS Analytics, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company computer systems (software & hardware) run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy updates and fixes for IT infrastructure (Laptops / Desktops / LAN devices)
• Maintain the helpdesk and provide Level 1 technical support for internal and external
users
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve user experience
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Collaborate with others on projects and brainstorm about the best way to tackle a
complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problem.
• Stay on top of industry best practices and trends, as well as changes to compliance
requirements
Qualifications & Experiences:
• Bsc/BA in Business IT, IT, Information system or any relevant degree.
• 1+ year(s) of experience.
Key Attributes/Main Competencies:
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is a major plus
• Expert knowledge in how operating systems and software work
• Good knowledge in security standards and computer networks is a plus
• Good Team spirit
• Good communication skills in English
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to clearly explain a technical problem to customers and/or colleagues.
