Talent Acquisition Specialist

– Job Location: Alain Savary, Tunis.
– Availability: immediate / Asap.

Essential Responsibilities:

** Strategy:
– Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
– Develop the company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing.
– Generate monthly updates for the company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.

** Sourcing:
Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.

** Selection:
– Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.

** Brand employer:
– Represent the company internally and externally at events with the goal of networking and relationship-building with potential candidate communities. (Career fairs, universities/ recruiting events…).
– Lead employer branding initiatives.
– Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities

** Documentation:
– Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.

Requirements and skills:
– Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
– Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
– Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
– Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
