In this context, we are looking to hire an IT Support Desk Engineer or Technician who will be based in Tunis and will support teams seated in the Netherlands and in Tunis at a first stage.
In short, as an IT support desk you will:
· Assist ServiceDesk NL in solving technical problems at user level
· Follow the support tickets until the problem is solved
· Document recurring problems/incidents and their resolution path
· Report application alerts to the services/development teams concerned
· Manage user accounts in the Active Directory, using classical tools like Intune
· Execute under the recommendations of the ITSO any security related actions on the workspaces or the servers, such as monitor certain logfiles

Who are we looking for?
· You have at least 3 years’ experience in IT support functions
· You have good skills in project management
· You are fluent in English, in reading and writing
