Lean Consultant

In short, as a Lean Consultant:
– You coordinate activities for all processes affected when implementing improvement initiatives.
– You develop, optimize and maintain work processes, taking into account continuously changing in-outputs;
– You execute projects using improvement teams to increase customer satisfaction and productivity;
– You coach your teams in daily and weekly start-ups

Who are we looking for:
– You are in possession of a business administration degree;
– You are in possession of a Lean Green Belt or Black Belt certificate;
– You have at least 4 years of relevant work experience;
– Experience within financial services is a plus.
