Store Supervisor

Missions
An Operations Coach in Sacoor Brothers is responsible for taking care of various retail operations, including customer service, profitability, staff efficiency, training and development.
You will be accountable for using all available resources such as time, materials and people to meet store objectives.
Greet customers and serve them efficiently and courteously arriving at the store. Ensure the delivery of highest standards of customer service at all points of the shopping experience.
Assigns specific duties to the sales staff Manage and control store expenses and shortages.
Responsible for preparing shift schedules, and control vacations
Maintain record of inventory levels and order merchandise as required Ensure proper stock replenishment Ensure proper store imageasse customer complaints and queries Motivate the team and provide necessary support for training and development, in order to optimize sales results Education, Academic Qualification and Professional Experience

Profile
• High School degree completed
• Team Player
• Commercial Understanding
• Planning and organizing skills
• Excellent communication skills Please note that we have multiple positions open across GCC region.
