Job Description
As a Property Management Assistant with Toronto Boutique Apartments, you’ll play a crucial role in the daily operations of our boutique apartments, focusing on handling guest maintenance requests. This position entails direct interaction with our guests, managing inquiries, and efficiently resolving maintenance issues such as dishwasher malfunctions and washing machine leaks. You will use HubSpot to create work order tickets, contact appropriate technicians, and coordinate their visits to our properties. This role demands a commitment to customer service excellence, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing property maintenance and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
– Guest Maintenance Requests: Promptly and effectively handle all guest maintenance tickets, including issues with appliances and utilities, ensuring quick resolutions.
– HubSpot Management: Utilize HubSpot to log and track maintenance requests, create work order tickets, and monitor progress until issues are resolved.
– Technician Coordination: Liaise with technicians and service providers to schedule repairs and maintenance visits. Ensure that the work is completed to our standards and within the expected time frame.
– Guest Communication: Maintain clear, friendly, and proactive communication with guests regarding their maintenance issues, updates on resolutions, and any necessary follow-up.
– Cleaning and Maintenance Coordination: Work with cleaning services and maintenance teams to ensure that all properties are in impeccable condition, coordinating their efforts around guest stays and maintenance needs.
– Issue Resolution: Quickly address and resolve any additional guest concerns or issues that arise, maintaining the high standard of guest experience Toronto Boutique Apartments is known for.
