Barista

Responsibilities
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, Hot and Cold, along with our signature Donuts and other snacks
• Excellent hospitality skills: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and friendly service. Most importantly build a strong connection with our regular customer by remembering their preferences
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain coffee and beverage equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning. And report any maintenance needs.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, and inform management of any shortages.
• Menu Knowledge: Stay updated on the menu offerings, including seasonal items, and make recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
• Hygiene Standards: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with health and safety regulations including the coffee machine, equipment, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications
Other than Passion for coffee and Donut :
• Experience: Previous experience as a Barista
• Skills: Proficiency in operating espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment, as well as serving a variaty of flavored Donuts and other sweets and snacks.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards accurately.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional Appearance: Maintain a polished and professional demeanor at all times.
• Fluency in English & French.
