As a Customer Service Advisor, you will handle calls from our Italian-speaking customers, ensuring efficient and friendly assistance. Your role includes resolving issues and maintaining client satisfaction.

Requirements:
• Fluency in both Italian and English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
