Customer Service Représentative (Trilingue)

Summary
Providing the insured members and service providers with outstanding and excellentcustomer service in line with the company objectives and members policies, through direct contact via emailsand telephone.

Tasks
Answers phone calls from a multi-lined system and handles queries accurately and provides guidance accordingly to the members and healthcare providers
Handle queries related to policy benefits, claim status, network
Follow-up onpending requests
Responds to emails and insured queries directly from the generic mail boxes assigned by the manager
Must comply with the TAT of the unit and ensure it is followedthroughout the operations
Process Prior-Approval requests for the assigned portfolio
Process adjustment requests§Preparing and Issuing certificates of insurance standard

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, English, and Spanish.
