Essential Duties and Responsibilities Includes the Following
• Achieving monthly sales target.
• Ensure all KPIs are met that concern sales, student support and care.
• Ensure that all necessary calls and appointments are carried out on time.
• Provide reports relating to your activity and sales progress to the Sales Manager.
• Update the sales CRM in an accurate and reliable manner to ensure good contact management.
• Attend meetings with sales and service teams.
• Act as a liaison between students and the service team.
• Deal with any issues or problems that may arise to students’ satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of all new products or changes related to the courses.
• Attend any training sessions assigned to you as part of your learning and development.
Technical Skills and Qualifications Minimum Requirements
• Good level of English
• Knowledge of MS office
• Service-orientated
Nice to Have
• Understanding of core sales principles: sales pipeline, forecasts, planning, and techniques
• Background within service/hospitality
• Professional sales qualification, or degree in business/marketing
• Eligibility to a CIVP contract
