Manufacturing Engineer

Your main tasks are:
* Write process specifications and make recommendations regarding ergonomic improvements
* Write specifications for manufacturing equipment and make recommendations for equipment procurement
* Simulate continuous improvement process in plants (KAIZEN, DO IT) with the objective of MEQ
Work with SD-Teams to complete product launches
* Monitor assembly equipment through production start-up
* Stimulate TPM in new projects
* Monitor and audit manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant
* Improvement strategies: Participate and/or lead activities for manufacturing footprint analysis, continuous improvement of new and/or ongoing manufacturing process and lean manufacturing implementation
Standardize and implement manufacturing tool box
* Manufacture feasibility analysis (DFA/DFM) and PFMEA

Graduation and job experience:
Graduate from engineer school in technical field (electronics, mechanics, mechatronics or industrial engineering) At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

Customer orientation (internal and external) Sense of organization and planning Analytical and synthetically mind Ease of oral and written communication Autonomy and ease of adaptation Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team Availability

Language:
Fluent English & French
