About the internship:
Real Estate AI SaaS development Trainee
Artificial intelligence (AI), which sometimes works more than humans by taking in huge amounts of big data and information and letting various computers learn, is being used in various businesses.
This project, We will introduce introduce the utilization of artificial intelligence in the real estate industry.
There are a wide range of real estate management operations such as property and repair management, rent collection and occupancy. AI is being used in such rental management operations.
The purpose of this project is to enhance the customer experience, simplify processes throw a basic real estate investment SaaS and use AI to solve 4 main real estate challenges:
– Rent negotiations between the management company and the property owner
– Vacancies Prevention
– Improving work efficiency and reducing work load.
– Reduce the uncertainty about real estate investment so the participation in real estate investment can increase.
Another challenge for this project is to implement real time notification chatbot to communicate dedicated deals.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop new products which is written on the MEAN/MERN stack
2. Handle the production server administration, deployment, testing and development.
Technologies: JavaScript, Next.js Node.js, NLP.js, HTML5, ReactJS, and MongoDB
Concepts : Chatbots, Artificial Intelligence, natural language processing and Machine Learning

2. are available for duration of 6-9 months as intern

• You are highly motivated and have a passion for creating and supporting great products.
• You thrive on collaboration, working side by side with people of all backgrounds and disciplines, and you have very strong verbal and written communication skills.
• You are great at solving problems, debugging, troubleshooting, designing and implementing solutions to complex technical issues.
• You have a basic understanding of software development and programming languages.
