Production Manager – Specialized Technical Textile Manufacturing M/F in Madagascar

Job Description
Our client Epsilon is searching for a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead their specialized technical textile manufacturing operations. The factory focuses on producing highly technical textile products, and the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in production management and team leadership within this specialized sector.

Responsibilities
– Oversee all production activities for the specialized technical textile products, ensuring strict adherence to technical specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
– Lead and motivate production teams to achieve performance and efficiency goals specific to technical textile manufacturing.
– Collaborate with related departments to plan and optimize specialized manufacturing processes, emphasizing technical precision and quality.
– Monitor performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and propose and implement innovative strategies for enhanced technical production.

Requirements
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably within specialized technical textile manufacturing.
– Thorough knowledge of technical textile manufacturing processes, emphasizing precision and quality standards.
– Excellent leadership skills, capable of inspiring and developing high-performing teams in a specialized technical environment.
– Ability to navigate high-pressure situations and effectively troubleshoot operational challenges within technical production.
– University degree or equivalent education in production or textile engineering, with a focus on technical textile manufacturing preferred.
– Spoken languages: French or English – Malagasy is a plus Additional Information:

– Location: Antananarivo, Madagascar
– Salary: Based on candidate’s experience and skills
