– Develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
– Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.
– Improve HR team efficiency.
– Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
– Suggest new HR strategies.
– Working together with management and personnel to solve conflicts and maintain a good working environment.
– Provide HR policy guidance.
– Implementing and conducting HR actions plan Skills and Experience :
– Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent
– 5 years in a similar position (with experience in team management) -Excelent linguistic skills (French ; English) -Highly organized and detail-oriented.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
