Business Development Manager for Retail Distribution

Key Responsibilities
Multi Brand Launch Management:
– Lead the successful introduction of all brands in Tunisia, including cosmetics and footwear.
– Develop and execute launch plans tailored to the Tunisian market to ensure optimal multi brand visibility and impact.

Staff Recruitment and Management
– Oversee the hiring process for marketing staff and other relevant positions.
– Ensure a seamless recruitment process and effective team onboarding.
E-Commerce Platform Launch
– Manage the development and launch of our E-commerce platform, including strategy, implementation and optimization.
– Coordinate with tech and marketing teams to ensure a successful online presence.

Boutique Opening and Multi Brand Integration
– Oversee the opening of a new boutique in Tunisia, ensuring all aspects of the setup and launch are executed smoothly.
– Integrate a new shoe brand into existing market stores, including strategy development, marketing and store placement.
