Desert Joy is looking for a Junior HR Manager.
This position holder will manage all Human Resources-related aspects and will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives and improving the performance of the HR management system
He / she will also be responsible for providing effective and reliable reviews that supports the company’s decision making.

Requirements
Master’s degree in Human Resources or relative fields.
