Executive Assistant To The Head Of Sales

Your Tasks
As Executive Assistant (m/f/d) Head of Sales, you have an eye for figures, are eager to learn and think ahead.
You are open to varied and challenging tasks.
With your empathetic nature, you manage to bring different characters together in your interface function.
Your work will focus on proactively supporting and relieving our Managing Director & Head of Sales in day-to-day operations.

You can expect the following tasks, among others:
Support in day-to-day business, including Appointment/travel management, preparation/follow-up and documentation of meetings Creation and definition of various evaluations (Power BI) to support decision-making at management and overall sales level Definition and design of user stories for presales, demo appointments and our showroom Key user of our CRM software: creation of concepts for the further development of this solution Independent processing of varied special topics (projects, elaborations, research).

Your Skills
Completed business studies or comparable qualification in the commercial field Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an Executive or Team Assistant You have an affinity for sales and find it easy to gain an understanding of the customer and market Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German an advantage, but not a must The common Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Co. are no challenge for you You are an empathetic team player with a positive charisma who is discreet, trustworthy and reliable.
Your hands-on mentality is required in our dynamic corporate environment You complete your tasks independently, in a structured and precise manner.
You are flexible, proactive in your approach and solution-orientated
