First Level Support Specialists (2 Positions)

About Us
Join our dynamic and innovative team in Tunis! We are looking for dedicated First Level Support Specialists who excel in problem solving and have a strong background in IT support, networking, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support to users by resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to second-level support when needed.
Assist in maintaining network infrastructure to ensure smooth system operations.
Support end-users with software installations, updates, and IT queries.
Document technical issues and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
Communicate professionally with users in German and English.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of network structures and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with system administration and software support.
Languages: Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
