Industrial Engineer (Diecasting)

Key Responsibilities
Process Analysis: Evaluate current diecasting production processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce quality control standards and procedures to ensure all products meet the required specifications.
Resource Optimization: Optimize the use of resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
Collaboration: Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to address and resolve operational issues.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on engineering activities, including key metrics such as efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
Training and Development: Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and improvement initiatives.
Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and conducting regular safety audits.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial engineering role within the diecasting or automotive parts industry.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and excellent project management abilities.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of diecasting processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
