Marquardt MMT MAT Automotive is looking for

Quality Customer Complaint Engineer

Responsibilities:
Support customer in case of complaint
Monitoring of the customer portals
Analysis of complaints of mechatronic systems
Documentation of the analysis results in the SAP Q module
Definition of immediate, medium and long-term measures in
collaboration with the process managers of the production plants and specialist departments (development, supplier QA, …)
Creation of analysis reports and 8D reports as well as sending them to the customer

Minimum Qualifications
Engineer in electronics or mechatronics
Minimum 3 years experience in quality department
Experience in the analysis of mechatronic & electronic assemblies
Knowledge in quality and process engineering
Experience in dealing with customers from the automotive sector
High autonomy, logical thinking and organizational skills
Structured approach and above-average commitment
English skills (written and spoken)
German skills will be a bonus
