Job description :
•Follow scorecard
•Initiate customer responses and action plans
•Analysis of complaints of mechatronic systems and automotive
•Document the analysis results in the SAP Q module
•Support customer regarding corrective and
•preventive actions
•Create the analysis reports and 8D reports as well as sending them to the customer
•Collaborate with the process managers of the
•production plants
•Coordinate all activities to prepare customer communication
Qualification:
•Engineer’s degree in electronics or Mechatronics
•2,3 years of experience
•Language skills (fluent English, fluent
French)
