Claims / Enrollment Administrator Bilingual

Mission of the position
Will be responsible for processing and tracking healthcare claims as well as determining the payable amount of healthcare benefits for the assigned portfolio and providing policyholders and service providers with a service exceptional and excellent customer service!

Desired profile
Diploma: Bac+3 or 5 in a related field is preferred.
Experience: Significant experience of at least 1 year in a similar environment is desired.

Required Skills
• Perfect command of languages (French + English) written and oral is an asset (otherwise refrain!)
• Rigorous, organized, with a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis, adaptation, and concentration, he is capable of handling his files with precision and impartiality and with an excellent sense of customer relations and enjoys a impeccable written and oral expression
• Perfect ease of use of office tools
