Main responsabilities :
TALENT DEVELOPPEMENT
• Manage the Annual training action plan
• Collaborate with the « WELL-BEING OFFICER » on the developpement plan and the evolving of the RBK’s social life
• Developp a startegy for creating a DNA & real culture for RBK
• Know the employees and contribute to their professional development (career interview, succession plan, mobility, People Review)
• Manage and update the periodic assesment model for all the staff
RECRUITEMENT
• Manage the recrutement process (from needs detection to assesments)
• Carry out forward-looking management of jobs and skills with managers
• Anticipate change and prepare for it by adjusting the necessary means
• Salary benshmarking & social equity
Others
• Identify the HR impacts in business developments and propose support solutions
• Manage the relevant HR indicators on its perimeter
• Support change management
• Periodic report with KPI’s
PROFILE :
• English language proficiency
• 3 to 5 years experience of HR developpement
• Easy contact & Communicative
• Generalized knowledge and involvement in the functional areas of Human Resources
• Working understanding of HR management principles/practices
• Ability to consult effectively with all levels of management and to interface within all levels of the organization
• Good judgment, problem solving, organizational awareness and strong relationship-building skills
