Deliver lectures to prepare students to apply for jobs.
Manages Phase 3 Team – curriculum facilitators, guest lecturers / subject
matter experts, and the Career Coach (hired when RBK increases its
capacity)
Manages Phase 3 events including workshops Manages field trips to hiring partner offices
Recruits, builds and maintains relationships with hiring partners
Works with technical staff to build mini-bootcamps for select hiring partners.
Assesses partner needs
Coordinates hiring partner recruitment activities
Coordinates and executes RBK Career Day during the last week of Phase 2
Maintains database on performance data of alumni and assess job performance for 2 years post graduation
Distribute periodic surveys to alumni’s managers to assess alumni performance
Assemble, maintain and report baseline and graduation metrics(Measurement & Evaluation)
Create marketing assets for hiring partner network development
Research placement market and regulatory barriers
Ensure that RBK is compliant with local and regional regulations related to job placement activities
Lead accountable for all graduate placement in industry, works to ensure 100% placement rate for RBK
