Job summary
As an HR Consultant and a member of the sales team in Target, you will collaborate and support the Business development manager to position Elevate products and services in the North African countries. Besides, you will be in charge of consultancy and service delivery in your assigned territories.

Main responsibilities:
– Work directly with potential clients to implement the full dynamics of Human capital management solutions and deliver support.
– Improve Elevate brand strategy and positioning of all Elevate’s products and services.
– Implement a recruitment marketing strategy and talent attraction.
– Develop good Succession Planning and management.
– Compiling HR demographics and metrics.
– Build services segmentation and position technology both as SAAS or private installs
– Build service segmentation, targeting, and positioning technology (both as SaaS or Private installs):
o Determine important characteristics of each market segment.
o Evaluate the potential and commercial attractiveness of each segment.
o Develop detailed product positioning for selected segment.
o Develop tactics to promote the company’s technology.

Requirements:
– Education & Language
o HR-related degree
o Fluency in English language (written & spoken)
– Functional skills
o Ability to understand the business and its challenges.
o Pro-activity in supporting Managers.
– Personal skills
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proactive work style, highly reliable and accountable
o Team builder and player, acting with transparency and openness.
o Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
o High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
o Integrity / trust
– Professional experience required:
o You have a proven experience of 5 years as an HR consultant or similar role.
