We are hiring OKR Productivity Consultant to aid our clients to successfully adopt OKRs right along the whole implementation process.

Main responsibilities:
– Implement OKR as a productivity management tool and strategy implementation framework.
– Customize for different companies: considers the personalized business needs and accordingly customize the objectives and key results that drive success
– Provide effective training sessions on how to adopt, track, and implement OKRs by role or for department or teams.
– They also aid organizations with adopting best OKR practices, assessing goals, and providing qualitative feedback to empower everyone’s OKR journey.
– Bridge client’s strategy execution gap.
– Team up with client’s different parties to adopt the methodology of implementing OKR successfully.

Requirements:
– Education & Language:
o Bachelor’s degree desired with a proven 5 years of experience in B2B role
o Proficiency in English language is a must.
– Skills and abilities:
o Proven leadership skills: ability to set direction and approach
o Demonstrated team-building and coaching skills; proven teamwork and collaboration with diverse groups
o Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of stakeholders and to mobilize and motivate teams
o Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple, complex priorities
o Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbal
o Strong influencing skills; demonstrated ability to challenge and persuade, directing a group of stakeholders to the best decision
o Ability to understand and ethically navigate the organizational dynamics and company culture
o Ability to understand and provide backup coverage and support for other portfolio team member’s areas of responsibility
