Technical Support Helpdesk Level II – English Only
In order to strengthen our Help-Desk team, we are looking for a technical support specialist.
The job requires a good level of English (writing and speaking).
The project we are working on is a 24/7 project, candidates must be flexible and available to adapt to turning shifts (morning-afternoon-night).
We are seeking candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, willing to learn, improve themselves, and work both as a part of the team and as an individual.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Knowledge of database management, API and Back-end operations
Basic knowledge of email activities
The ability to troubleshoot and manage simple software
A technical and logical thought process
A problem-solving attitude
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Mongodb / Robot 3T scripting
Postman / Open API (REST)
GraphQl
CRM (e.g. Servicenow) & ticketing system
Customer service experience
JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Angular, React, Bootstrap and Node.js
Swift, C, C++ and iOS environment
