UI CMS developer

To design and implement attractive and functional websites for our clients.
You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development including the implementation of CMS themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates.
The applicant should be passionate about the user-experience design philosophy and cares about web design details in terms of ergonomics, aesthetics, and a solid background in the world of UI/UX design

Essential Responsibilities:: (tasks)
– Expertise in standard CMS tools (WordPress, Typo3, Joomla, PrestaShop, Symphony…)
– Designing and building the website front-end.
– Creating the website architecture.
– Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
– Generating CMS themes and plugins/extensions.
– Troubleshooting content issues.
– Implement web UI user interface and interaction elements based on screen designs, wireframes and other documentation.
– Create and propose clear, professional graphic/screen design with UX user experience indeed.
– Knowledge in wireframing/prototyping tools (InVision, Adobe XD, Figrma …).
– Flexible and fluid in brainstorming idea interaction/iteration.
– Creativity.
– Monitor and follow new web trends.
– Knowledge in Angular is an added advantage.

Experience:
– 0 to 2 years of experience as a CMS Developer.
– Education: License / Master degree / Engineering diploma in a relevant field

Qualifications: (skills)
Technical skills
– Proficiency in PHP programming.
– Proficiency in front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
– Knowledge in Data Base related to CMS integration (MySQL, MariaDB, …)
– Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git
– Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
– Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
– Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
– Manipulation of Adobe suite tools.
– Ensuring user experience determines design choices.
– Building reusable code for future use.
– Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
– Proficiency in SEO principles.

Soft skills:
– Excellent communication/Documentation skills: Interactive UI CMS developer must be able to express ideas clearly and work in a team environment both internally and with clients.
– Teamwork: Must be able to work independently as well as within a team.
– Ability to work on multiple projects of varying styles.
– Working with different content management systems.
– Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.
– Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
– Creativity and a strong web design sensibility are essential.
– Willing to learn new techniques (adaptable and open to new ideas).
– Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices& Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
