At least 2 years working experience,

Excellent command in English- French Reliable and able to work on confidential project
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with team members
Facilitating human resources processes
Demonstrable skill in independent problem-solving
Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft Office and reporting.
Conducting payroll and other HR programs
Able to quickly and accurately pull several different data points together in a query to create a reliable report
Responsibilities:
To be the liaison point between Country Manager, regional HR and Senior Managers
Ensuring the accuracy of monthly HR reports in terms of data and respect of deadlines
Planning and conducting the recruitment and interview processes
