Main purpose:
The main purpose of the job is to coordinate the delivery of innovation plans for BPC Category across MALT, achieving on time in full implementation.
This role will be responsible for leading and delivering the innovation agenda, intensifying the funnel to address white space opportunities and deliver against channel and customer priorities in the Maghreb. The person will work closely with the cross functional innovation planning team to drive the roadmap from idea to implementation knowing when/how to influence global and local activities to drive business growth.

Specifically, Associate Brand Manager, Innovation will:
Work closely with Consumer Market Insights and their People Data Center to identify core consumer insights and product benefits.
Serve as project lead for innovation roadmap on one or several categories.
Work closely with Customer teams to drive Design 4 Channel Innovations.
