Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead to join our team. As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading our development projects, guiding our team of developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, providing technical leadership, and mentoring team members. Responsibilities
– Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.
– Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
– Architect and design scalable and maintainable solutions using our tech stack (Node.js, Symfony, Laravel, React, Angular, etc.).
– Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
– Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to project requirements.
– Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web and mobile development.
– Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team and across projects.
– Act as a technical advisor to project teams, offering insights and recommendations to overcome challenges and optimize solutions.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
– Proven experience (2 years) in a similar role, leading development teams and projects.
– Expertise in our tech stack: Node.js, Symfony, Laravel, React, Angular, etc.
– Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
– Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
– Passion for technology and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
